Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair CNC, Additive (3D Printing), and factory production equipmentMachine CalibrationImplement and sustain a preventative maintenance planCoordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance and repairsAssist with installations of new equipmentEliminate unplanned down time by assessing root cause and establishing countermeasuresMaintain spare parts inventory levels to support high machine uptimeTrack machine KPI’s, such as unplanned downtime, to help improve long term performanceCommunicate equipment status within the organization.Other duties as assignedIndustrial Maintenance Technician
Qualifications/ Requirements:3
years’ experience repairing CNC, Additive manufacturing, or similar equipment,
general plant maintenance.Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related course of study a plus but not required.Experience trouble shooting PLC’s, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systemsDemonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude.The ability to read blueprints and execute shop mathStrong work ethic and high attention to detailFathom is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
