Offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000, this position provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our dynamic workforce. Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing:
Analyze and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and company objectives.
Conduct interviews, recruit, and onboard new employees to meet staffing needs and contribute to company culture.
Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing to support employee satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth within the company.
