CNC Set Up Vertical Mills Key Responsibilities:

• Strong set up and operation of CNC vertical milling centers
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using G-code editing
• Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
• Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
• Participates in Lean manufacturing events

CNC Set Up Vertical Mills Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree in a relevant field or (3 ) years of experience
• 3 years of experience required
• Experience with measuring equipment
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
• Great communication skills
