Description

Preparation of whole food products as directed to include cleaning, chopping, grinding, sorting, cutting, marinating and mixing. Clean preparation and cooking area as directed.

Responsible for the cleanliness and stocking of all chinaware, glassware, silverware, cooking pots and pans, utensils and all kitchenware. Clean kitchen equipment. Clean dish room and kitchen floor as directed.

Qualifications

Must be able to demonstrate knife skills to prep vegetables.

Must be able to follow a recipe if given.

Knowledge of dish machine.
