Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests in a timely and efficient manner. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a smooth flow of operations in our establishment.

Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or guests
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each order before delivery
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes when necessary
- Provide exceptional guest services by promptly addressing any requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to proper sanitation practices

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
