Description
- Haul away old appliances
- Install and set up various equipment and appliances in residential locations
- Follow installation instructions and schematics to ensure proper installation
- Use a box truck/van to transport equipment to job sites
- Provide field service for equipment repairs and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair and replace components as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience as a service technician or installer preferred
- Familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams
- Ability to operate a box truck/van for transportation of equipment
- Knowledge of appliances and electrical
- Proficient in electrical work and troubleshooting
- Experience in equipment repair, appliance repair or similar field is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients
