Job Description:

· Experience Level 5-10 years

Skills & Job Responsibilities:

· Experienced with handling Major Incident Management Process and service desk support.

· This position is responsible for monitoring multiple infrastructure, application components, diagnostics, escalation of operational issues including triage, information gathering for support resources and establishment of communications.

· This includes hardware, operating systems, applications, will leverage industry standard tools, Information Technology Service Management based methodologies (ITIL) to identify solutions to technology-related issues.

· Works under direct supervision of the shift lead to perform analyst duties in a data center environment.

· Duties include supporting operations, network services, application development and system support.

· Supporting these groups will require coordination between the groups from a technical standpoint including triage, prioritizing, problem resolution and escalating issues as necessary.
