ServiceNow System Administrator – Applications and Systems
Long term contract position
Fully remote (based in Michigan)
Must Have Skills:
Monitor the health, administration, compliance, and usage of ServiceNow.
Analysts must have analytical ability to translate user issues, search on solutions, isolate the appropriate course of action to take, and then walk a user through the application of the solution to the user's satisfaction.
Participate in and support scheduled release upgrade activities.
Support and resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests.
ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards: Develop custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow to provide real-time insights into IT/HR service performance and key metrics. Experience with Performance Analytics a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Process focused with ability to effectively follow the Incident Management, Problem Management, Request For Service and Change Management processes.
Configuration management of our technologies
Assessment of impact of changes to downstream systems
Understanding of applications and users processes.
Participate in daily scrum meetings.
Participate in project activities.
Ability to manage user incidents with professionalism, composure and empathy towards the customer.
Desire to learn and be proactive in learning.
Other Areas of Desired Experience:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel SharePoint)
Experience with Agile Methodology; Agile related certifications is a plus.
Work in sync with Kelly internal business team members, external clients, and suppliers
