**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
As a Customer Experience Assistant you will be responsible for the customer service.
* Support the Marketing team with App, by providing credits to customer reviews.
* Responsible for managing and responding to all Intercom requests from customers on a daily basis.
* Manage and review all Uber and Postmates refunds on a bi-monthly basis.
* Manage all catering requests, including responding to customer requests, invoicing, as well as coordinating with stores on new requests.
* Understand a process flow on how catering requests are processed and handled.
* Understand a process flow on how all Intercom requests are processed (i.e flow and customer response template).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
* Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent proficiency in written and oral communication.
* Excellent customer service experience and community engagement.
