- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance and meet targets
- Oversee project management activities to ensure successful completion of projects
- Monitor profit and loss statements, making adjustments as necessary to maintain financial targets
- Manage resources effectively to optimize operational performance

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an area manager or similar position
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent supervisory and team management abilities
