We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in restaurant financial planning, employee recruitment and training, or bakery management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising shift leads and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing performance feedback and reviews to team members
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Ensure high levels of product quality check
• Maintain products' quality and integrity through proper inventory managing and storing
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with health policies and cleaning procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual product standards
• Report on itemized sales, inventories, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Communicate with upper management for store and staff performance report
• Ensure high levels of communication between upper management and lower team members regarding store updates and product inventory.
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed such as ordering supplies, team scheduling, updating menus, hiring and training, etc.

Compensations

• Base hourly rate: $17 - $20 an hour
• Profit sharing after contract signing
• Paid training: training will be at our main production facility in Orem, Utah.
