TITLE: Facilities Director 

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Responsible for directing facilities maintenance operations of building(s) and property at a single unit.
• Operations manages the preventative maintenance and reactive repair of skilled trades, e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, utilities.
• Manages the hiring, training and supervision of staff, professionals, and management.
• Manages a safe and efficient working environment, essential to the performance of the business.
• May oversee construction work and often manages other core services, and logistics of business/operations services, e.g., grounds keeping, laundry, food, security, inventory, mail, concierge services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have Director of Facilities in UNIVERSITIES Experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety systems, landscape, and energy management systems.
• Experience in working on a college campus, or other large, complex properties with Integrated Facilities Management including Facilities, Environmental Services and Landscaping and Grounds.
• 5 years of experience in Management.
• 5 years of Functional experience.
• Experience in Client-Partner Relationships.
• Experience in Deferred Maintenance.
