We are currently looking for a Director of operation for our 30 Fast food restaurants company.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs and oversees the overall operations and site management of the company. Implements and ensures that procedures are followed to provide safe, efficient, service-oriented, and profitable districts.
Establish long-term operations objectives that are aligned with business goals. Develop and execute a strategic plan for operations. Integrate all activities of districts and sales by discussing with each district manager and interdependence in achieving company goals.
Plan, organize, direct, and control company operations by integrating and coordinating operations functions and processes with business goals. Maintain profitable operations by controlling inventory, losses, accidents, and safety, etc. Seek synergies and best practices to develop and implement new methods to improve productivity or improve customer service.
Delegate responsibility to district managers is to accomplish productivity goals as well as enforce company policies on safety and employee discipline by following guidelines, communicating changes to the workforce, and overseeing the work and performance of district managers. Create performance improvement plans, administer discipline, and identify training opportunities when appropriate. (Other duties assigned by the CEO.)
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
4-Year degree preferred (or high school diploma (or GED) and equivalent experience).
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
10 years of operations experience, and various job functions in the fast-food industry. Minimum of 10 years of management experience.
