We are seeking a long term employee who has JEWELRY/WATCH RETAIL EXPERIENCE and wants to grow in a long term relationship with an outstanding company.

Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs is one of the top jewelry repair stores nationwide. We specialize in jewelry, watch repairs and credit building for our customers. Our selling style is extremely customer friendly - we treat our customers like family and they are family.

Good candidates will:

1. Be punctual for all work shifts and able to work on required days. Since we are a retail business and many of our sales are on weekends, work is required on Saturdays and Sundays. Apply only if these work hours are acceptable to you.

2. Willing to participate in ongoing new services or products training both online and in store as needed.

3. Be a team player - Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

4. Perform all aspects of the fulfillment process including marketing to obtain new sales and services both new and existing customers.

5. Have a good work ethic and be willing to learn our business flow.

6. Utilize the training knowledge of our products (jewelry, watches, gift items..) to make sales with confidence.

7. Assist customers in trying on various watch models, adjust bands and battery replacement as necessary.

8. Be self motivated, we have a very motivating commission structure and we want people who are not only self motivated but also money motivated.

Pay: $31,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
