About the Opportunity
The Full Time Inventory Specialist will be based out of our our Chelsea, NY flagship and will be a pivotal position in the daily operations of our product lifecycle. They are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory locations, conducting cycle counts, and upholding overall inventory accuracy. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturdays 9:30am-6:00pm shifts. Responsibilities include: 
  • Staging and prepping inventory to be putaway including verification of product details 
  • Pull inventory for order fulfillment 
  • Organizing and storing inventory in proper identified locations 
  • Following safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Cycle count inventory to maintain inventory accuracy 
  • Fulfilling inventory pull request for various business needs 
  • Other task as needed per business needs 
What We’re Looking For 
  • Prior entry level inventory experience or product handling 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet individual and department KPIs and Goals
  • Highly organized 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs
  • Ability to work in a production environment including standing 95% of the time
  • Ability to successfully multitask
  • Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice
  • Prior inventory experience product handling with luxury goods (Plus)
  • Prior experience and knowledge of single SKU inventory (Plus)
  • Prior experience and knowledge utilizing a warehouse management system (Plus)
  • Experience operating a handheld device (Scanner)  (Plus)
  • Prior experience identifying and communicating inventory shortages (Plus)
  • Prior experience conducting inventory cycle counting (Plus)

Compensation
Pay Rate: This Position Begins at $19.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Chelsea, NY Location.
