If this sounds like you, then keep reading. Farrell’s is looking for a Fitness membership sales associate committed to growing memberships through the enrollment of quality, long-term members.
In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service, create long-term relationships, and help change lives. We're looking for individuals who work with passion and are seeking an opportunity to better themselves and the others around them. This is a part time position with full time compensation opportunity through our aggressive commission and bonus structure. Must be available to sell memberships IN STUDIO with appointments set up at both Blaine and Shoreview locations.
As a Fitness Sales Associate, you can expect to perform the following duties:
- Schedule appointments with prospective members to learn their individual goals and help them decide if they are a good fit for our program at our Blaine and Shoreview locations.
- Monitor and respond to text, social media, and email messages and respond within five minutes when possible, and always within the same day, remote opportunity.
- Convery the spirit of Farrell's through verbal and written communication
- Answer all questions and concerns of prospects
- Sell memberships utilizing FXB’s sales systems and processes in studio. (Blaine and Shoreview)
- Exhibit preparedness, organization, and dependability
Additionally, you meet the following requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with prospective members

Compensation & Benefits
- $15-$25/hour with an ability to earn $45,000 - $60,000 based on market and experience
