- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of property survey experience, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys
- Experience with Trimble GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors
- Ability to organize field notes
- Ability to read Construction Plans
- Experience performing Boundary Research, preferred
- LSIT, preferred
- Ability to execute field staking
- Strong math skills
- Valid driver's license
- 80% travel required
