The eServices Specialist will provide technical, general, and professional support to the internal and external clients of the bank. The eServices Specialist is involved in daily operations of the following eServices duties: Online Banking, eStatements, Cash Management, ACH transfers, Wire transfers, BillPay, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Remote Deposit Capture, Passport/Debit Card, FTSB Conversations, YellowHammer Fraud, and Faster Payments support. Work daily exception items, fed returns and NSF items, and monitor for fraud activities and ongoing fraud trends.
