Responsibilities
- Solicit potential customers by phone, community networking, and other lead sources.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals.
- Develop networking relationships in the community with referral partners
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as as a contribution to the overall team goal.
- Assist in the daily servicing of existing clients.
Requirement
- Must possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses, but we will help with licensing for qualified unlicensed candidates
- Must have the natural born desire to feel a purpose in life of making a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Must be able to multi-task in a high volume sale setting.
- Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
