The Insurance Sales Producer will pursue prospects who need personal and business insurance and will provide solutions to meet their needs. As an Insurance Producer you will be trained to perform as a consultant for businesses and families by evaluating their needs and recommending the most appropriate coverage to protect what is most valuable to them. Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with current and prospective clients as a natural people person who loves to help other people.
• Solicit potential customers by phone, community networking, and other lead sources.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals. 
• Develop networking relationships in the community with referral partners 
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as as a contribution to the overall team goal. 
• Assist in the daily servicing of existing clients. 
• Pursue continuing education to maintain a high level of professional knowledge of all products.

Requirements

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Have a desire to be part of a cohesive award winning team, and to make a soild contribution to the team. 
• Must be able to multi-task in a high volume sale setting.
• Must have a natural ability to open doors and earn the opportunity for meetings with prospects. 
• Must always follow through with integrity and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Must possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.and a Life & Health Insurance license, but we will help with licensing for qualified unlicensed candidates
• Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
