Farmers Insurance Agency Jim Kinser is seeking a passionate, self-driven, Licensed Insurance Producer with a desire to make a difference in people's lives as well as their own! Our fast paced insurance office is looking to bring on board a full time Licensed Insurance Producer.
At our agency you will build and develop client relationships within the resort mountain communities that we serve by promoting our products and the superior customer service of our agency.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirement
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently and on a team.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- State Licensing is required to be obtained.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a bonus.
