We are looking for hiring a (Spanish-English) salesperson with a valid driver's license to sell fresh produce at our Farmers Market location. This is a crucial role for our business, as we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality produce and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

Language Skills

Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal

Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Sales Experience

Proven track record of successful sales in the fresh produce or related industry

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Valid driver's license to facilitate the transportation of fresh produce to the Farmers Market location.

Availability to work early morning shifts, Monday through Saturday

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Salesperson will include, but are not limited to:

Representing our brand and products in a professional and engaging manner

Interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations

Ensuring the proper display and presentation of our fresh produce

Accurately handling cash and credit card transactions

Assisting with the loading and unloading of produce at the Farmers Market location

Assisting with move and lift up to 50 pounds at Farmers Market location and Warehouse location

Legal documentation is required.
