Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with clients in-person, identify their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable coverage options.

Policy Creation : Design personalized insurance plans that address clients' individual needs and preferences.

Client Retention : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Professionalism : Represent the agency in a positive light by providing excellent service and demonstrating integrity in all interactions.

Requirement

Licensing : Must obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of employment. Life & Health License would be preferred as well or be willing to obtain it in the short-term future.

Experience : Prior experience in sales, insurance, or a related field is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Self-Motivated : Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Professionalism : Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude in all client interactions.
