We are expanding our established Insurance Agency in Ojai, CA and looking to add a team member in the role of Marketing Representative .
This role will be focused on helping the agency to secure new clients, as well as offering additional products and services to our existing clients.
A great opportunity to grow and advance with the agency, with no insurance industry experience required.

Job duties include but not limited to :
- Marketing Farmers Products & Services
- Gathering data from clients & prospects
- Scheduling client meetings
- Recording interactions in our agency CRM
- Following up on sales opportunities
- Managing a sales pipeline
Requirement
Position Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Self-starter who works independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Insurance License Required 90 Days after Hire
