Join our team as a (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales Representative and partner with one of the most respected insurance brands nationwide. We're looking for individuals fluent in English and Spanish who are interested in helping our local agency grow and support our community in planning for life's uncertainties.

The Opportunity:

  • Sales & Service: Contribute to our agency's growth by directly supporting sales goals, including new business, cross-selling, customer service, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored plans based on client needs.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Actively seek new prospective clients and assist with payments and policy changes.
  • Schedule appointments and manage billing inquiries and reminders.
  • Strive to meet daily call goals for prospecting new business.
  • Learn and utilize needs-based scripts for effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an Illinois Producer License or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • While previous experience is preferred, it's not required.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
