Farmers Insurance Team Southern Illinois, District 80, is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
Our District Office is in Maryville, Illinois and our team supports 26 agents throughout the area. We would like you to join us! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance (Among many other product lines), to help protect our clients and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this could be the career for you.
We are looking for individuals who want to take control of their life and financial future and eventually become an agency owner with Farmers Insurance. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide.
These are the two career opportunities we have:
#1: Retail Program: Similar to a Franchise you start with a branded office location and staff. Extensive training support throughout the process. Aggressive bonus and commission plan. Proof of financial assets required.
The Retail Program might be a good fit for you if you have business ownership, sales or management experience.
#2: Acquisition Program: The Acquisition Agent Program provides immediate income and financial incentives to candidates who purchase service and commission rights from existing Farmers agency owners.
The sales price and terms of the sale are set exclusively by the buying and selling parties without any involvement by the Companies.

Requirements
· College degree (Preferred but not required)
· Sales and customer service experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-motivated and goal oriented
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Desire to continually learn new products and services
· Be willing to work towards getting your Property, Causality, Life and Health insurance license (No previous insurance experience required)
