Agency Ownership

• Retail Agency: Sign on bonus with financial marketing support; no limit on earning capacity; lead your team; be your own boss; build your agency in your local community.
• Protege Agency Producer Program: Grow your skills and business knowledge with a Farmer's mentor agent

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs before pursuing specific insurance sales.
• Originate insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales..
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Qualifications

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
• Must be a superb communicator, able to analyze complex ideas, and possess a business development and customer service background.
• Be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty / Life & Health insurance license(s)
• High school or Associates/Bachelor’s degree.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Be able to pass an extensive background check.

As an agency owner with Farmers Insurance, you will be able to offer Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Financial Services products to a wide range of clients. The Greater Chicago District Office is a team of insurance professionals that are here to help you succeed. Study materials and leads will be provided. No prior experience in insurance is required. Possible Compensation: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year (Commission and Bonus Based)
