**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, repair, and customer service. If you are a hands-on individual with a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders - Perform various tasks such as fabricating, electrical work, and mechanical repairs - Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance concerns - Maintain a clean and organized work environment **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in English for effective communication - Leadership skills to guide maintenance projects - Ability to fabricate and repair various items - Familiarity with CMMS for work order management - Strong customer service orientation - Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems for troubleshooting and repairs If you possess these qualifications and are ready to take on diverse maintenance challenges, we invite you to apply for the Handy Man position with us.
