Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various facilities and equipment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with your hands, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing drywall
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed
- Handle plumbing and electrical repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
