Job Description
Position: Product Specialist QA III
Job Location: Farm Credit Bank of Texas, Austin, Texas; Telecommuting (work from home) permitted within metropolitan statistical area.
Job Duties:
  1. Contribute to Overall Product Testing Strategy Automation [12% of time dedicated to this duty].
  2. Contribute to Overall Product Testing Strategy Manual [12%].
  3. Provide guidance and support to CRM team and other teams [8%].
  4. Support Dev team for Unit testing in Dev Environments along with testing in another environment [6%].
  5. Provide testing support for CRM and other teams with API testing which involves integration with another systems [5%].
  6. Be responsible for leading the Scrum Calls on behalf of scrum master [2%].
  7. Be responsible for training and leading the QA People under CRM Team [12%].
  8. Provide testing Support on PBI and CRM Marketing [5%].
  9. Support testing CRM integration with Floify, CME, Encompass, HUB, and LIQ [14%].
  10. Manage production verification activities and work with business and IT organizations to attain sign-off on testing [3%].
  11. Evaluate project adherence to the standards with respect to tools, framework, and scripting and versioning techniques [3%].
  12. Contribute to Overall Product testing Strategy for CRM conversion [3%].
  13. Provide Support for Load balancer testing [5%].
  14. Support CRM mobile and iPad version of testing [10%].
In connection with above duties, utilize experience in verifying defect fixes; ensuring that validated deliverables meet design specifications and requirements; working closely with business teams for identifying process reporting improvements; setting specific marketing strategies to retain customers; and identifying any potential quality issue per the defined process and escalating potential quality issues immediately to management.
In connection with above duties, utilize experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies; requirements gathering, analysis, and project planning; reviewing the complete requirements documents and preparing the Test Scenarios and Test Cases; performing the Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing; conducting Cross Browser Testing to check the compatibility of the Application with different Browsers; executing systems and data quality testing to ensure all development deliverables are production ready; Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Walkthroughs, and Release Support; application capabilities such as queues, activities, data import, charts, and dashboards; and Agile processes, attending daily scrum meetings and retrospective meetings, adding valued contributions towards scoping and estimations, and analyzing the business workflows and design solutions.
Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 2 years experience in job offered or 2 years experience in related occupation using experience in contributing to Overall Product Testing Strategy Manually; providing guidance and support to CRM team and other teams; verifying defect fixes; ensuring that validated deliverables meet design specifications and requirements; working closely with business teams for identifying process reporting improvements; setting specific marketing strategies to retain customers; and identifying any potential quality issue per the defined process and escalating potential quality issues immediately to management.
Also requires 6 months experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies; requirement gathering, analysis, and project planning; reviewing the complete requirements documents and preparing the Test Scenarios and Test Cases; performing the Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing; conducting Cross Browser Testing to check the compatibility of the Application with different Browsers; executing systems and data quality testing to ensure all development deliverables are production ready; Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Walkthroughs, and Release Support; application capabilities such as queues, activities, data import, charts, and dashboards; and Agile processes, attending daily scrum meetings and retrospective meetings, adding valued contributions towards scoping and estimations, and analyzing the business workflows and design solutions.
In lieu of Master's degree, employer will accept Bachelor's degree in above listed fields plus 5 years of progressive work experience in related occupation. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
