What You'll Do : As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of processes surrounding compensation such as : month end, quarter end, and year end processing, responding to field inquiries concerning compensation, keeping accurate documentation of compensation manual entries and processes, correcting system errors, delivering one-on-one training to the field concerning compensation, and assisting with system updates to compensation related systems.
We're dedicated to enhancing the agent experience at Farm Bureau Financial Services, and that means our team uses a combination of math, problem solving and communication skills to first understand, then explain sometimes complex and sensitive matters to agents and field leadership.
