Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain a client base by networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' coverage requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and claims
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for clients
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong telemarketing and sales administration skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and market research skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
