Summary: Manage all aspects of the outside sales force and work with department managers to meet company sales objectives.
This is a salaried position with a range of $80,000-$100,000 depending on years of experience with future opportunities for additional compensation incentives as well as a potential bonus based on overall sale performance.

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in business, sales, management, or related field, 4-year degree preferred, and 5-7 years of experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under Company’s insurance. The individual must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills as well as proven customer service. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work under minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks and interact with others in a professional manner. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
