Far Field Beer Company, nestled in Lawndale, CA, is currently seeking a full-time taproom manager to join our dynamic team! The taproom manager position will supervise and manage all day-to-day operations in the Far Field taproom. A natural servant-leader that can stay calm under pressure with an Owner mentality and a willingness to roll up sleeves and get “in the trenches” with the team. The position is responsible for ensuring that customers feel welcomed, are informed, and served efficiently. The applicant will monitor inventories, manage the POS system, coordinate special events, develop one-off beers and seltzers with the brew team, and work with the management and marketing team to develop the taproom advertising strategy.
