FantasyWorld Resort is Hiring a Maintenance Admin Near Kissimmee, FL
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations.
- Create work orders and dispatch to staff, following up to completion.
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
- Create and distribute daily work schedule.
- Maintains department room status and related information on a daily basis with Chief and GM.
- Communicates with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues.
- Coordinate with cleaning companies when maintenance is being done in a unit.
- Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
- Maintain accuracy in time and attendance, incentive pay programs and vendor reporting.
- Post Maintenance schedules.
- Monitor the supplies used for work orders. Update the supply inventory when stock is ordered or utilized.
- Perform full inventory count on schedule to ensure accuracy.
- Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
- Communicate with management about service issues as needed.
- Generate, verify and record invoices.
- Assist and support any billing activities.
- Verify discrepancies in 3rd party billing, ensure the invoice is complete and accurate.
- Organize and update vendor contact information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope based on business needs.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
