Here, you will grow your career and help create access to fair, affordable housing finance.Job DescriptionAs a valued colleague on our team, you will organize moderately complex cloud-related incidents with support from management while proposing and implementing solutions to quickly restore service in order to eliminate or minimize business impact to external and internal customers.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Support and Tools - Cloud Operations Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Implement and coordinate various essential enterprise wide cloud-related changes.Analyze and implement essential changes that arise after provisioning cloud environments for applications.Provide technical expertise and support for cloud-hosted application releases.Monitor environments and recommend additional controls and governance.Facilitate communications about outages/changes between vendors and various internal stakeholders.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences2 years of experience supporting Enterprise Cloud InfrastructureDesired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalentAWS CertificationsFinTech experienceSkillsSkilled in core AWS services Expertise managing and responding to cloud infrastructure related incidents.Ability to automate scalable infrastructure with various scripting languages.Strong understanding and experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IAC)Experience working in an on-call 24x7 environment. Ability to coordinate incident management activities.Skilled in managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.ability to document infrastructure incidents and communicate status across various stakeholders.Ability to manage project timelinesToolsAWS Core Services - CloudFormation, Lambda, DynamoDB, and SNS/SQS.
