Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with sales activities, including promoting products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling and report preparation
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
