Who we are looking for - A dedicated and compassionate behavior technician with a knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assist our clients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to clients in home and community settings to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
  • Collect and record data on patient behavior.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
  • Carry out clinical assessments.
  • Ensure safety of learners

Job requirements

  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current RBT/CBT license
  • Experience working with children with disabilities
  • Ability to physically engage with young learners

Schedule - Monday to Friday, after-school and summer availability. Weekend availability is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
