The Clinician I serves in a professional counseling capacity to deliver behavioral health services on behalf of the agency for the clients that are enrolled, while integrating evidence-based and best practices and strategies associated with neuroscience, trauma informed care, dual generation practices and resiliency, while ensuring that services provided are in alignment with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma informed care lens as defined by the agency. The Clinician I carries a full clinical caseload with the appropriate case mix of shorter and longer term cases, accompanied by regular supervision. Counseling program services are provided in the client’s home, office and/or in various community-based locations.
This position is year round.

Masters or better in Social Work or related field.

2 years: 1. At least two years experience in the human service field; 1 year of early childhood experience in any setting or 2 semesters of internship experience in child mental health setting can be substituted for 1 year post masters years.
