The Development Manager oversees and executes Family Service Lincoln’s annual development calendar, working with agency leadership and programs as assigned. This position is responsible for researching, drafting, and managing grant submissions along with managing donor correspondence and accounts through the agency’s CRM platform. Additionally, the Development Manager will lead community giving days and represent Family Service Lincoln at events and giving functions focusing on rapport building and establishing a reputation of quality donor engagement.

• Adhereto agency privacy and HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Followand support the agency’s mission, policies, and program philosophy and guidelines.

• Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively manage time, be highly organized, and have sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to draft and edit effective social media and marketing copy.
• Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with photography, videography, and design.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

An associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is highly desired. Commensurate work experience may be substituted for formal education. A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience executing similar administrative tasks is required.
