We are currently hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our management team. Family Priority provides services to clients within a variety of funding sources throughout Northern Virginia, including Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax Counties.

This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who is interested in expanding their managerial responsibilities while continuing to facilitate exceptional ABA programming.

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Director

• Assist in the overall management of a growing ABA program (hiring, training, staffing, oversight and growth)
• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of behavior assistants and BCBAs
• Provide parent training and facilitate team meetings
• Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents in the home and community
• Provide direct service (if needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
