This is a full-time position. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the oversight, scheduling, and management of the clinic. The Clinic Manager will also provide case management of clinic clients and supervision of behavior technicians working in the clinic. In this role as a BCBA you will be responsible for:

• Completing clinical learning needs assessments and functional assessments
• Generating appropriate goals and objectives
• Writing treatment plan reports and interventions
• Creating data systems
• Reviewing and analyzing data
• Providing direct services (if applicable to case load) and family services
• Providing school support to our contracted partners
• Collaborating with other professionals in the field
• Providing parent training
• Supervising Behavior Technicians/Therapists
