While providing youth services we help the youth and adolescents:

Engage in community activities
Develop greater capacity for emotional expression
Engage in positive social interactions
Establish healthy peer networks
Improve interpersonal communication skills
While providing parenting services we strive to:

Help the parent to overcome obstacles and be able to cope with future parenting difficulties in a more constructive manner.
Increase family structure (boundaries) and parental consistency.
Improve interpersonal relationship between parent and child/children.
About your Role:
As a Clinical Specialist/Parent Mentor you will provide direct care services in the home, school and community to families requiring behavioral support, skills, training and goal-oriented interventions to assist with pro-social skills development. This role requires client transportation

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with youth one-on-one in a skills building or social development program role
