Family Preservation Services of Virginia is Hiring a Treatment Foster Care Case Manager Near Wise, VA
The Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Case Manager provides direct care services to the child placing agency in Treatment Foster Care include: treatment plan development and implementation with individuals and families through the use of proper therapeutic and behavioral interventions and/or training skills. The TFC Case Manager works independently in each clients’ home and other community settings, utilizing clinical interventions that are based on best practice models and learned techniques that work effectively with individuals and families.

Does the following apply to you?
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Special Education, etc.) plus a student placement in casework services to kids and families OR 1 year of case management experience working with kids and their families - OR
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Special Education, etc.) and 1 year of case management experience working with kids and their families
Past Therapeutic Foster Care experience
