We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to perform tasks that involve the facility physical plant, equipment, and grounds maintenance. These duties encompass a variety of HVAC, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and other duties, as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and skills:

• Plan and execute various projects with limited supervision.
• Perform assigned day-to-day repairs/improvements, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete all assigned preventative maintenance tasks and correct/repair all documented deficiencies.
• Respond quickly to emergency repair requests.
• Must possess basic computer skills, experience with CMMS systems will be helpful.
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must have some experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints, circuitry, wiring diagrams, schematics, and operations of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Must be highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work with good judgement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must work well with others and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
• Ability to effectively interact with outside vendors and contractors.
• Physically capable of walking up and down stairs and ladders, working on your feet for hours at a time, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA.
• Associate degree or Technical School Diploma Specific trade such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC, .
