Part time Position 2 evenings a week (8-10 hours per week)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to make customers feel welcome by utilizing personable approach to service and maintaining a positive attitude.
· Be a self-motivated individual and display initiative.
· Ability to multitask.
· Must maintain proper and professional telephone voice and utilize proper phone etiquette.
· Ability to proficiently use a multi-line telephone system, computer copier and fax machine.
· Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to organize think ahead and prioritize work of any kind.
· Knowledge and proficient use of Electronic Medical Records and Excel.
· Medical Billing a plus.
· Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
· Be able to handle occasional emotional confrontational people in a calm and professional manner without losing composure.
Qualifications:
· High school graduate or GED required.
· Multi-line phone system experience and reception desk experience preferred.
· Computer skills are required.
· Dependability and confidentiality a must.
· Professional attitude and appearance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
