Family Partners Home is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated LPN to assist in overseeing the nursing services within our residential Assisted Living homes on weekends. Family Partners Home, a Memory Care Assisted Living Community, is continuing to grow. With both resident and employee safety in the forefront, our Assisted Living community continues to offer the highest staff to resident ratios. Our homes were built to provide individualized care. The Family Partners Home LPN is responsible for the oversight and coordination of care for our residents within our Assisted Living. This LPN position assists our team to meet the holistic needs of our community while following federal, state, local and company policies and procedures.
