Located in Manchester, MO, our memory care homes have some of the best resident to staff ratios in the area 6 : 1. We are seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Supervisor who is responsible for ensuring the care and daily operations of our communities meet both state requirements and our community expectations.

Schedule : 12 hours 7p-7a

• Week 1 : SA, SU, TH, F
• Week 2 : M, T, W

CMT Supervisor Qualifications :

• Must be self-directed, have proven multi-task experience and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate with owners, staff, residents, and caregivers in a professional, proficient, and supportive manner.
• Must manage and care for resident needs according to state requirements and community expectations.

CMT Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Training staff on daily operational and care expectations
• Tracking and professionally communicating resident and home needs to upper management and families
• Reviewing and reporting on operational and care documentation
• Reviewing medication carts and reordering medications
• Providing oversight and training for limiting medication errors
• Providing frontline coverage

Requirements :

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
• Insulin Certification
• CPR Certification
• 3 years experience with dementia / memory care
