Family of Caring at Park Ridge is looking for a full time staffing coordinator. Experience and CNA license a plus.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the nursing schedule/staffing. The ideal candidate will be organized with the ability to multi-task.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will assist the DON/ADON with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
• Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
• Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
• Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
• Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
• Should have great 'people skills'
• Should be able to be okay to be on-call 24/7

License: CNA or Nursing Assistant prefered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
