Dellridge Health and Rehab is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for the nursing department.

We are looking for a personable and dynamic candidate with strong communication and organizational skills. A competent Staffing coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation and placement of employees. You will be the one to ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. Must be able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.

• Responsibilities Include:
• *Maintain master staffing records as well as daily staffing assignments working within census and budget hours.
• *Responsible for replacement of sick calls and vacancies to maintain nursing coverage to meet daily patient care needs.
• *Maintain attendance records for nursing staff including vacation, holidays, sick time and overtime information and review for payroll submission.
• *Post available shift information
• *Approve all absence and work schedule requests
• Order and keep track of nurisng supplies.
• Previous Nursing Home scheduling experience a plus.
